Robert Baba


Robert Baba has 22 years of experience in the Disaster Restoration Industry, leading and training teams in operational tactics and project management procedures. Robert also serves as an expert witness and mediator on water intrusion mitigation, mold remediation as well as fire and smoke damage losses. Commissioned to write estimates and proposals for municipalities, schools, hospitals, adjusters, contractors and environmental consultants. Specializing in commercial and large losses in all genres of mitigation, including water, mold, asbestos, lead paint, fire, smoke and odor control mitigation, remediation and clean up.

Ken Larsen


Ken Larsen has been involved in the industry for more than 40 years as a restoration contractor, industry trainer, author and advocate for the water damage and restorative drying segment of the cleaning and restoration industry. Recipient of the 32nd RIA Martin L. King Award for his many contributions and sincere dedication to the Restoration Industry, he has practical experience in blue collar, white collar and expert/consultant positions on several high profile and very large loss restoration projects. Ken has served on multiple IICRC committees and task forces and contributed to their certification and standards development activities over the years.

Ken Siders


Ken Siders has been active as an environmental assessor for over twenty years and has been involved in the construction industry for over forty years.  He is an environmental construction consultant for the Navy and Air Force and is a licensed commercial and residential Florida building contractor and building inspector. He has been involved in numerous court cases as an expert witness. He was the lead contractor on the 2013 International Solar House Decathlon in Datong, China. He works with a team of environmental experts during natural disasters.

Maurice R. Cates


Maurice Cates is an OSHA authorized trainer and served over 22 years in the Air Force as Medical Group Superintendent, Aeromedical Squadron Superintendent, Superintendent Bioenvironmental Flight, Medical Group Exercise Evaluation Team Chief, Wing Exercise Evaluation Team member, and NCOIC Optometry. He was also awarded Tactical Air Command Senior NCO of the year and requested by the USEPA to come to Washington DC to brief them on his environmental programs. Maurice's environmental safety (ESH) services include, ESH plans, Activity Hazard Analysis (AHA) and Task Safety Instructions (TSI). His teams are responsible for cleaning and remediation of contaminants, such as mold, asbestos, lead based paint, combustible dust, heavy metals.

Joseph L. Meyers


Joseph Meyers has worked in both the environmental consulting and remediation industry for over ten years and has handled hundreds of complex projects across the United States. Joseph Meyers holds numerous industry-relevant certifications, including but not limited to, Council-Certified Indoor Environmental Consultant (CIEC) and Certified Indoor Air Quality Professional (CIAQP). Joseph Meyers has designed training courses for water loss remediation, IEQ and environmental health and safety (EH&S). He is a certified Fire, Smoke and Water Loss Restorer Specialist and a proud member of the RIA, IICRC, and NAHB. He is a highly qualified and valued addition to Environmental Consultants.
